I'l post new themes when ever I can "steal" some time from my family ( usually about ten per upload - due to my upload speed ) so do come again !


3.each folder contains a .theme file and folder pair ( eg. ezlo.theme file and ezlo folder; see the picture ) that are named EXACTLY the same. it may contain some additional files but these two are the ones we need




4.copy .theme file-folder pair to C:\Windows\Resources\Themes and double click the .theme file

5. DONE!!!


NOTE

to change the start button or navigation arrows in windows explorer requires some additional work, but MESSING WITH SYSTEM FILES IS NOT FOR NOOBS!!!
here's what to do:

1. the goal is to replace some system files with the ones provided with the theme. to do that you need to take ownership of the file you want to change ( in most cases the files are explorer.exe and ExplorerFrame.dll )
here is what to do:

for explorer.exe:
- Make sure you are logged in as an administrator
- Right click explorer.exe in C:\Windows, click properties, go to Security Tab, click Advanced, go to Owners tab, click Edit, in "change owner to" box
select Username(PCname\Username), click Apply, then OK, OK, OK,( this should take you back to the Security tab again ). Now click
Edit, from the "Group or user names" box select Users(PCname\Users) and check the Full control/Allow check box below. Click Apply,
Yes, OK, OK.
- Rename explorer.exe to explorer.exe.old ( this is a backup of the old start button )
- Copy new explorer.exe to C:\Windows
- Logoff\logon

for ExplorerFrame.dll:
- the process is the same, file is located at C:\Windows\System32

It took me ages to upload this ( my upload speed is 12kb/s ) so if you like this, please leave feedback!
